What we do
Three ways the movement works
Each one runs alongside the consultancy, funded by it rather than sold as a service.
Research
Field work and written studies on how institutions in the region are actually built, funded and handed on. Published openly, because the argument only gets better when it is shared.
Convening
Round tables, salons and closed sessions that put founders, family principals, public servants and academics in the same room, under the same question, with no panel and no podium.
Mentoring
Time with the people who are one decision away from something that matters: a first institution, a succession, a second act. Small cohorts, long relationships, no fee.
